The Touch icon.
The Touch Icon allows players to pet their Pets. In doing so, players can earn experience, which help them gain new Levels. Each type of pet has it's own unique animation that is shown off when using the touch tool.
Using the touch tool is common when there are not many pets in one room, or if one particular pet is low on happiness. For a quicker method of gaining happiness from multiples of animals, use the laser tool.
